Our standard shipping methods are USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground. These are the only two shipped methods offered and quoted on our website. If you need you order more quickly, and we can accommodate, we are happy to. You will need to email or call Customer Service, and if they can, they will arrange the faster freight. You will be charged for the added cost of expedited freight. Please allow as much notice as possible; even 30 minutes can mean the difference between getting your order processes and our the door in time.
A few things to keep in mind: Our shipping team operates during regular business hours 8am-4pm Mountain Time, Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) at our warehouse in Park City, Utah. If you are placing an order outside those hours, (i.e. in the evening or over the weekend) we would not be able to see or accommodate your request until the next business day.
The cost of expediting depends on the size/weight/destination of the box. Once we get your order, our shipping team can calculate the additional shipping fee and our customer service team will reach out to you directly about how to proceed.
All retail orders of $100+ before sales tax will automatically earn free shipping. If you choose to expedite on top of that, we will cover the portion UPS Ground would have cost us, and contact you about payment for the additional cost.

Please keep in mind, because we cannot calculate or even estimate the expediting fee without an active order to input the size/weight/destination of the box, we will need to put in your order first then run the options. If you end up deciding not to proceed, we can always cancel and fully refund the order before it has left our possession.
