Great and unique question. We have never had a question like this about BALM before! The total amount of caffeine in a jar of BALM is just over 100 mg, the amount a strong cup of coffee would have. Of course, the dose is much smaller per application, depending on how much you use. It is not being used as a stimulant in our product. Our percentage supports studies showing skin benefits like improving blood flow, reducing puffiness, especially around the eyes, as a vasoconstrictor, and caffeine can even help break down cellulite. The dose is meant to give antioxidants to the skin, not give you the jitters. So if you are caffeine sensitive, no worries.
